MY THOUGHTS.

I actually dont know why there are many people who reacted too much about one thing. In my history of using facebook, this was the first time that I experienced having an argumentation with someone who I became close I guess for almost two years, I really dont know what to feel about that.,  never realize that they would turn like that. Well I know theres no permanent things in life :) I just have to accept the fact that not all people who became part of out lives will stay forever. Some of them will stay because they have purpose in it some will leave because theres a reason :) Reasons that sometimes may seem hard to understand but after all,it was all worth it. I think I have given all my respect for them and value them the way they needed it. Thank you very much to my dearest ***. you've given me all the respect and affection that I needed. You are really one of my best. I'm looking forward to see you, very soon.

Which is the best speaking language in Asia? (comment from Yahoo)

India or Philippines: Which Country is Asia's Largest English-speaking Nation?
My work as a logistics and travel consultant brings me to many places, particularly to countries in Asia. A friend once asked me which countries in Asia I've been to I find conversing easy. I had three ready answers: Singapore, Philippines, and India, though not necessarily in that order.

I remember quite well how some of my friends in the Philippines (including my regular host whenever I'm in that country) confidently reminded me that their country is considered to be the largest English-speaking nation in Asia and that, therefore, I won't have any difficulty conversing with its local folks. However, I have to disagree with this claim (that the Philippines is Asia's largest English-speaking nation) since I believe that distinction really belongs to India.

By the sheer number of its population, India, formerly a British colony, is Asia's largest English-speaking nation. Its over 1 billion population far exceeds that of the Philippines' 87 million. Like the Philippines, English is also one of India's official languages. India's middle class of over 300 million is predominantly English-educated, which tells us that English is a common language there, especially among the ruling classes. This is not to mention the millions more in rural India who speak at least basic English.

While it is true that many Filipinos speak and understand English, the question is: what kind of English? It is not enough that one can speak English. Proficiency in English entails proper grammatical usage.

True, the Filipino middle class, like its Indian counterpart, is predominantly English-educated. But it is far smaller in number than India's middle class. But in the countryside, where the majority of Filipinos live, is completely another matter. Poverty simply does not permit the vast majority of Filipino children to have the luxury of proper English training.

Many rural Filipinos speak just enough English, if at all, to be understood. But correct, grammatical English is lacking. Then there is the issue of American English and British English and the relevant accents - an issue that's not being debated here.

AS TO RATIO AND PROPORTION, THEREFORE, PHILIPPINES WINS! No doubt!

My Comment in My Professors Blog =))

ABOUT CRUISE SHIP..

This is actually a great blog.Working on Cruise Ship Industry is not an easy job.The blogger said that bidding farewell to your family is the hardest part and I agree to that, when you seek for opportunities you must be ready to accept the consequences, you may have something to get and learn to abide with everything in it.

This blog inspired me because my Uncle planned to send me in a Ship Industry, now I know how it feels like and through this writing I was able to see myself in the future, who knows =)

Nice pictures, nice experience. No wonder why the blogger enjoyed and really had fun during his time working in this Industry :)

BORACAY ISLAND EXPERIENCE
Simple adventure will lead to an extraordinary experiences, the blogger is so lucky to have a trip in Boracay Island. I haven't got there actually but by just looking in all the pictures in this blog I think theres no doubt why many people and even foreigners visit the Philippines,we all know that it is one of the most beautiful paradise in Asia, not just in Asia but also in the world I guess, although I think Bali in Indonesia is considered as number 1 when it comes to beaches here in Asia.

On the other hand, the price cost is very reasonable after all, after getting excellent services and accommodations I guess. And I love the bars also.  hmmm I want to be in Boracay Island someday, everything is worth it for the cost =))

Nice experience! If I were the blogger I would also love to come back and visit this place again and again :))

Boracay Island proves us that Philippines has the right to be included in the New7Wonders of the world not just Boracay but also the other lovely places located in the country.

FIRST TAGALOG POST KO.

(JLC)

PILGRIMAGE AT REGINA RICA TANAY,RIZAL. AUG. 15 :))

To start my writing, I would like to start it first how I felt bad and I almost cry when I wasn't able to wake up early and left by my other mates. It was really bad because I slept 3 in the morning then woke up at 8 am, I thought I alarmed my phone but I dont know what happened :(
It was my very first time to take a bath within 2 minutes.
I put myself in a hurry ...
when I am inside the train I am just sitting comfortably because I thought I can make it. But all of a sudden, I was wrong...

I decided to go in Antipolo then follow them at Tanay, I dont even have cash in my wallet, I only have 50 pesos.. Where 50 pesos can bring me?
I dont know, I traveled alone without having the idea where to go because its my first time to go in Tanay. My teacher said " dont come , its far" ill bring you here next sunday"
and the I replied "no maam, I will go there, I WANT TO BE WITH THEM "
so I go
I am happy the moment I arrived at Regina Rica
I am very thankful because I am safe. although I am kinda hungry and feeling dizzy
I saw beautiful sceneries and mountains that looks pretty to my eyes.
I enjoyed everything especially the picture taking with my lovely blockmates! :)
